I am a small business owner who sells items online, I ordered my package from china and it arrived in South Africa on the 10th of July , there after it was held in customs but no one contacted me until I personally called Aramex to Find out about it and that is when this very helpful guy named John Stemmet , John helped me to get my customs clearance invoice which I then paid for on the 16th of July as an immediate payment. Since then I have not received any communication from them and My parcel is not delivered as well, Today is the 21st of July and I am still waiting for delivery, What truly upsets me is that I am running a Business and that business is providing for me since i've been laid off from work, My customers now think I scammed them off their money because they've been waiting for their products and I don't even know what to tell them. I tried contacting Aramex today and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone, I mentioned them on Twitter and Direct messaged them on Instagram but Still, Nothing. I just want my parcel because I paid a very expensive shipping cost and custom clearance costs for me to be struggling soo much right now, the least I should get is a response or update and A quick delivery from them. If you are a small business owner Please don't use their services during this time because you will stress more than you want to. Right now all I want is my parcel to arrive so I can send them to my clients, my business is dying because of this uncer*****y and no communication. Even with all this frustration John stemmet has truly been helpful, if it weren't for him I still wouldn't have received the customs clearance invoice. I have been patient all along because of him. I am really frustrated and I request for management to give me a call because this is not how you deal with clients, Aramex is doing a huge disservice to small companies who are already struggling because of this pandemic.
On Friday, I made an overnight delivery with Rush, that was picked up at 12 pm for an overnight delivery which was to be delivered on Saturday but because they do not work on weekends it wasn't delivered. Great, Now it's Monday, and My Sister in Witbank, Didn't go to work so she can receive the order, only for her to call me in the morning and they say they haven't received the order and she tried calling Rush and they said don't know where the order is. She calls me and I immediately call Globe flight and they say the driver is on the way, mind you that was 10 in the morning, My sister then calls Globe flight again to find out and the Lady at Globe flight, who was rude says the package has not left the hub. Now we are confused so she calls Rush again at 14:00 and they say they will make the delivery today , even sent an email confirming that the Order is out for delivery. Now it's 18:00 in the evening and still nothing. An Overnight should have been delivered today, Witbank is only 1 hour 30 minutes away from Johannesburg. To top it all off, There's no one to contact from the Rush offices now because it's out of office hours. I'm livid as I type this. Don't use this service if you are in a truly in a rush.

Great, Now it's Monday, my Sister in Witbank, Didn't go to work so she can receive the order, only for her to call them in the morning saying she hasn't received her parcel. She calls me and I immediately call Globe flight and they say the driver is on the way, mind you that was 10 in the morning, we waited for at least 4 hours to find out what was happening since the Globeflight parcel tracker says nothing about the Parcel except for that it was picked up on Friday at 12. My sister then calls them again to find out and the Lady at Globe flight, who was rude says the package has not not left the hub. Now we are confused so she calls Rush again at 14:00 and they say they will make the delivery today , Rush even sent an email between them and GlobeFlight confirming that the Order is out for delivery. Now it's 18:00 in the evening and still nothing. An Overnight should have been delivered today, Witbank is only 1 hour 30 minutes away from Johannesburg. I've spent so much airtime on this issue today, at least if we were getting updates from the courier company but nothing from both companies. I'm more irritated with the inconsistency and the poor communication from Globeflight. Both Companies need to ensure that the Parcel is received by Tomorrow.
