I made an online purchase on the 15th Oct, the funds went off immediately, yet my order was canceled due to them not receiving the payment, after sending proof of payments and trying to get hold of an agent which is more difficult than one would think for an online service provider and after badgering them for some type of response I am told my bank statement isn't proof enough. Where have you ever heard that a bank statement isn't enough proof of paying for something, this is absolutely rediculous and I am highly disappointed and disgusting by the lack of after service. I've used this company many times with no issue, but this experience is making me seriously rethink future purchases
This use to be a trusted brand, with great quality and service, the standards for this company has dropped dramatically and is utterly disgusting. I'm currently waiting on a refund which they are refusing to give me due to me not having my proof of payment, even though they have a copy with all my information, they still refusing to give me my money. It was never communicated that I needed my copy, they also didn't require the copy when the goods were collected, yet when I now need to get my money back, now they need the original copy. I have lost all faith in this brand and wotm recommend it to anyone
