I have been trying to get more information about a vehicle for over a week now with no one contacting me. I have sent several followups. At this point I don't think I can purchase the vehicle.
I bought a phone from a company that did not deliver on their products, PayFast immediately refunded me the cash and I am very grateful for it. PayFast should perhaps take a look at the companies that don't deliver on their promises and terminate the relationship with them.
I ordered a Mi11 phone from their website, after the delivery time of 12 working days without any updates from them. I attempted to contact them via email, whatsapp, phone call and live chat but they still did not give me any updates on my order. After almost a month of waiting for the phone (still no updates) I contacted PayFast and they refunded the money the same day.
I bought a Xiaomi phone from amazon, when they delivered my package I heard the doorbell ring and got my sealed amazon package, I opened the package and found my Xiaomi phone's box that was also sealed. I opened that box to find that there is no phone inside the package, I contacted amazon's help support and they said they will need to do an investigation that will take 3 days. after 4 days with no response from amazon I contacted their help support again and they said that the investigation is done and that if I did not receive my package that it was stolen and that I need to file a police report. I then explained to them again that I received my package but that there was no phone inside, they still said that I need a police report, the police laughed at me when I told them the story.
