Poor communication !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took my Nikon in for a service / clean and soft focus, and calibrate the lense. Just to do inspection is R540 and that is on top of the ridiculous price. If you ask questions, they just don't reply at all until you do a payment, then they reply and move forward. Will not be using them again. Had to pay to get my camera and lens back otherwise they would still not answer my emails.

Worst service ever.......
I am so frustrated with this company. By far the worst online shopping experience ever! No one is getting back at me- after 2 months waiting for my order - they deliver the wrong item.... After sending it back, now its already another month of promising to refund.... and nothing yet, trying to follow up - no response whatsoever... This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company....
