Damaged Product
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I’ve been waiting far too long for the replacement chest of drawers, and despite my attempts to follow up, no one has bothered to return my calls. This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I need a clear update on when I can expect delivery of the replacement unit. Please get back to me immediately with a resolution.
