I am so disappointed with JHB CBD I app**** for uif on the 14th if April. The whole application was captured wrong no payment. All I get is there's nothing they can do. Instead of unemployment fund I was captured as marteninty. No one knows how to delete the wrong claim they did. Noone knows when it can be fixed. Call centre knows nothing. People at the office also dont know how to delete. Emailed them still no one helped. Government people are so comfortable and they dont want to work. The guy who assisted me was just capturing didn't ask me anything whole 10 minutes he was on the phone with his girlfriend, ignored me. The online office assistant just assumed m there for marteninty leave and chose the wrong option I'm so mad. My feelings are so not considered. Now it's month end with no money and with no even a go ahead.
I had bad experience at Game Eastgate on the 24th of December. I was by the tills finalizing grocery payment using payjustnow as I always do. After payment the cashier tells me money didn't go through her till, shocked and I checked my capitec bank account money was deducted from account. She told me to go to the bank and check. She was rude and not professional. I went to bank and they sent me to them to ask for decline slip She was not interested. I ended up asking for a manager, she came i explain and she checked the till and came back told me to wait and be checking my bank balance money will reflect back. I waited for 30minutes Noone even checked on me but you could see the first till lady with her manager looking at me laughing. So unprofessional I had to leave because kids were now tired and crying. Till date my money is not on my account. It could be what they do to customers taking money when their shift ends and the manager is aware of it. Beware of Game eastgate cashier *****ing customers money.
