We as the owners of Masingita Viilage have not had an AGM since 1 October 2024 and our financial documents have not been updated since 2023. We have sent countless email requests yet the trustees keep saying that Oscar has advised that he is still putting our financial statements together. This is a huge concern. By law, we need an AGM annually. We have lots of pressing matters to discuss. We have 25% of owners (there is proof of votes) who have requested for a SGM to which the trustees are aware of. And again, we have been told Angor is working on this. We have sent email and have no response. The trustees have been given 14 days to respond (due date is 19 March 2026) with a time and date to the SGM, waiting any longer is no longer acceptable. This review is our last attempt to getting a response
I am highly disappointed with the service received from Afrihost. About 2 months ago I requested to cancel my service on one of my Fixed wireless packages (Cell C). I called the call center and spoke to a gentleman regarding this request. I also asked him if there will be a cancellation fee as I could not recall when I joined. The consultant confirmed that there will be no cancellation fee as I have passed that phase. I even asked him to check and reconfirm and he assured me. I then noticed a debit order of R1000 going off. I called to investigate and even requested recordings. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I have not had anyone follow up with me regarding this matter. Are your calls not recorded? And I need my refund. Please settle this matter for me.
