package not delivered since last december 2023
I bought things from shein and they work with buffalo logistics in RSA i was supposed to recieve my package in december but it was not delivered they told me to edit my address which i did and on the 08th of january they said my package has been deliverd which has not and the person that they mention that recieve my package i dont even know , i even ask them why did'nt the driver call me when coming to deliver and to which address did he sent my things too they have been sending me from pillar to post i even asked them to ask thier driver cause he is the one who should know where is my package i am really hurt with service i got from them and it not my first time working with them but yoh this time they show me flames please assist me cause i need my package i paid a lot of money for my thing and i belive shein company will also be disapointed to know that their customer our treated like this its buffalo logistics is not helping me at all cause now they our telling me about the other courier company they gave it too why? i dont know they are so incormpitant they have been sending me email non stop i dont want their emails i want my package that's all. please help me
