Poor Service
Hi try to get hold of the company but I can't get them for assisting me as my child is a beneficiary frm this fund this is not good at all

Pension Fund Payout not made
Vela Edward Galela ID no. 5310075274082 passed away 2007-07-20. Pension money was paid out to the spouse(Zoliswa Galela ID no. 6012260533087) by Fairsure fund admin on 9 Feb 2009. Fairsure Fund Admin invested the children's(Three) money in Bophelo Trust. Recieving quarterly pay outs in order to maintain our children, which stopped april 2016. My children were minors when their father passed so they needed to be 18 in order for them to their pay outs. Bongiwe Galela ID no. 9603200278085-paid out 30 July 2014. Abongiwe Galela ID no.9809145558081-paid out Jan 2017(which was less than Bongiwe's pay out) Thabang Galela ID no.0105085807086 - turned 18 on 18 May 2019(He has not received any pay out to date) I made enquiries about the amount paid out to Abongiwe with no success. On 12 June we visited the office for Thabang's trust termination at S.A.L.A Pension Fund in Cape Town.

Payout not received after 4 years and all our original documents were submitted
The previous 4 years all the beneficiaries were told to bring their originals documents in order to claim from the investment left behind by the main member. Every time when we try following up we are taken from pillar to post and are calls are blocked by people working on our query. This has resulted in the siblings not being able to further their studies and providing for daily necessities. May you please assist in resolving my query.

My cousin has been waiting for bophelo trust fund to pay his money that his father left for him since 2016 and nothing has been paid and now their phone is not working can you please help him cause he needs the money to go to school with it since his parents are no more
