Carelessness
I SPENT R270 at steers gateway, 3 worky Wednesdays 2 regular chips and 1 small, they couldn't offer me chicken, and have 2 instead of 3 I was too disappointed with them. My order was number 540 the time was around 7h20. I waited more Tham 30min for my order and miss 1 set of worky Wednesday which I have paid for.

MISSING FUNDS
My hubby passes away in 2016 my child's still doing Grade 10 his money was missing frm the trust don't know how. Bophelo and Fairheads are working together *****ing people's money. Children are suffering.

POOR SERVICE.
Unable to contact them regarding the fault router I have been chatting on WhatsApp chat no help it's been 10 days now nobody assisted my wifi is not working.

Poor Service to customers
My wifi was off since the begging of the month unable to get assistance what'sapp support does not help at all. You can not reach anyone on faults. WhatsApp keep on repeating same thing that doesn't help.

NOT RELIABLE OFFERING VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE
This Company is based in Johanesburg it a co that hold trust funds for Ethekwini Municipality - KZN Pension Fund. We are unable to contact them their phones rings oneway no response for the past 10day.I am worried last month they pay me on the 9th after several folow ups. They do not have exact payment date. This month I am still waiting I have received payment for this month. My son lost his father and depending on this money. This our kids money not theirs. We also need to know when are we getting our statements we clueles we need to know please help really worried is the company still exist?

They holding trust for kid for Ethekwini Municipality - KZN pension fund unable to teavh them on their officesl numbers and kid are monthly pay are not yet received not sure thd exact ayment date. NO update no statement we just clueless.

Hi rate of theft
I was a member at that club Carnobia branch I lost my phone last week Wednesday I left my phone and pursue I locked when I came back my phone was not there and R450. I reported that them I went back to them and check if have they try to check their cameras they said they haven't got response to people who keep the code in order them to check who went or open my lock. I don't trust VirginActive Carnobia I have cancelled my membership because which means people are not safe there.

Empty promises/ unreliable life insurance
<p>Me and my husband late had a life insurance with 1Life since 2008. He passed on car accident on the 02/02/2016. I reported the claim in February and I submitted all the required documents. They phone and updated that they waiting for medical documents from the Dr. I phone d them 3 months later they told me same story. No one has ever come back to me since then. Even now I can't tell what is going on with my husband claim and its 8 months now since I have reported the claim. i wouldn't advise a person to take a policy with 1life its like you throwing your money on the drain.</p>
