Very impressed with my first order! My package arrived just one day after placing it, which was a great surprise. I’ve been ordering from this toy shop for the past three years and have always had an excellent experience. With my recent purchase during their exceptional birthday sale (which offered incredible discounts), their service once again impressed me. After placing a large order of over 15 items, they reached out via WhatsApp to let me know that two items were out of stock. They kindly offered me the choice of a replacement or refund. I shared a few details about my young son’s interests, and within an hour, they sent me several great replacement options to choose from. My parcel arrived just two days later, and I couldn’t be happier with my order. Their communication, speed, and customer care truly make them stand out. Highly recommended!
Just running through my time line of what a mission it is to cancel the gym membership with VA. 23 August: Sent an email to VA about canceling my gym contract. Received an automated email about they will get back to me as soon as they can. Received a call from the consultant (Shuraida) within a week that she can give me the option of halving my monthly fee by half for 3 months and thereafter I can weigh in my options afterwards. Silly did I know that was a trap, even I did ask her will it take effect with the next debit order. So I have agreed to it. 1 Sept: Comes the beginning of the monthly, and they debit the originally full amount, which was not I've agreed to. I immediately email them. But after that automated email. I have not received any reply to them. 1 October: Again they have debit the whole amount and this time I've tried to call and email them. Both no answers or communication from them. 6 October: Instructed the bank to stop the debit order from VA and also send them a final cancelation email with the proof of the stopped debit order. If things get worse I am definitely marching up to a VA branch and approach the Small Claims Courts to settle disputes. This is shocking how a giant company can operate like this.
I think I am sitting with the rest of the angry customers who have been waiting for our refunds. Have logged my request since May and still no feedback. Also log a query with support which still received automated response that it will get back to me within a few hours. What a joke. It has been over a week still nothing from them. No landline that you can The service is so appalling that they are scare of adding a rating/recommending button on Facebook.
