Great online toy store in SA!
I’ve been ordering from this toy shop for the past three years and have always had an excellent experience. With my recent purchase during their exceptional birthday sale (which offered incredible discounts), their service once again impressed me. After placing a large order of over 15 items, they reached out via WhatsApp to let me know that two items were out of stock. They kindly offered me the choice of a replacement or refund. I shared a few details about my young son’s interests, and within an hour, they sent me several great replacement options to choose from. My parcel arrived just two days later, and I couldn’t be happier with my order. Their communication, speed, and customer care truly make them stand out. Highly recommended!

Great online toy store in SA!

Amazing service: My Toy
I recently did an online purchase with My Toy (MyToy.co.za) and I couldn't be happier with the service. They responded so quickly to my emails and sent me a thank you email from the owner after my purchase. This South African company has amazing toys and gives to charity.

Mixed Experience, Great Service :)
My Experience with MyToys.co.za Online Store was a bit of a "Mixed Experience"... But OVERALL: I Must Say Thank You for the Fantastic Service and Speedy Resolution. My order was originally delivered by My Toys Courier to the INCORRECT Address, but after I reported the matter, My Toy responded in record time. And My Daughters Birthday Gift Delivered to Us two days Later and in time. Wrapped in Brown Paper and Beautiful Ribbon, A Big Thank You To The Team at My Toys. Would have been 5 Stars, had it not been for the Courier Company Issues :)

Mytoy.co.za is amazing
Mytoy is absolutely fantastic. All my deliveries have been done the day after I have ordered (except if you order on a Friday, then you have to wait for Monday). I have always received exactly what I ordered. They have a huge range of toys for both boys and girls, ranging in age from baby up to 14 years old.

Mytoy.co.za is amazing

Very impressed with mytoys.co.za, their service was amazing, Highly recommend this online store! I was fortunate enough to meet some of the people behind the scenes As I was a difficult costomer, they treated me like I was their ownly costomer, like I was special thank you mytoys.co.za for turning a grumpy tired rude woman around n giving me faith in quality service again ?
