The product I ordered and paid for online was not in stock. The Pet and Tack Shop informed me of this giving me the option of a refund which I asked them for. I emailed my account details 3 times to them and it took 2 weeks for them to refund me. This occurred only after I sent a follow-up email requesting confirmation on when I could expect the refund. Very sloppy service.
I received such prompt service from Canine & Co. My emails were replied to within the day and I received my order quickly. Lovely products too. An amazing online shopping experience.
I recently did an online purchase with My Toy (MyToy.co.za) and I couldn't be happier with the service. They responded so quickly to my emails and sent me a thank you email from the owner after my purchase. This South African company has amazing toys and gives to charity.
I really found doing my tax so much easier and stress-free using TaxTim. Compared to the past where I'd do e-filing, freak out and have to go to SARS to fix things!
