Mytoy is absolutely fantastic. All my deliveries have been done the day after I have ordered (except if you order on a Friday, then you have to wait for Monday). I have always received exactly what I ordered. They have a huge range of toys for both boys and girls, ranging in age from baby up to 14 years old.
Brilliant service. Quick delivery. Sometimes products are out of stock, but in the main I receive all my ordered items. Drivers are friendly, efficient and fully Covid compliant. Would recommend them any day.

I am having a problem making an online purchase. I tried to phone the customer care line yesterday and got cut off twice. Then I tried to use their Whatsapp Help feature. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I got no help whatsoever. After that I emailed their customer care centre. It is now 5pm the next day and I have had no response whatsoever.
For some reason when new water meters were being installed on Third Avenue, Edenvale they missed my house. In March I had a tap that burst. The plumber had to dig to find my water meter, and when he was switching the water off the wheel to turn the water on or off started crumbling. He told me that I immediately needed to request a new meter. I wrote on the 15th March requesting a new water meter and I have subsequently complained 4 times on the e-Siyakhoka website with absolutely no response. I have since been phoning on various occasions and spoken to a number of different people who have all promised to come back to me and none of them have bothered. I was given the supposed number for the water department, but that phone is never answered. My reference number for this complaint is 4722861. I am absolutely appalled that I have been trying for over TWO months to get this resolved and I have made no progress!
My nephew got married last year and he and his now wife set up their registry at Boardmans. I went onto the website and placed an order on 28 November 2017. I was disconcerted to see that a large number of their selected items were already "out of stock" on the registry list. Nonetheless, I selected the gifts, paid the required amount and expected the order to be delivered to my nephew. On the 10 January 2018 I was contacted by Sinanbonge from Boardmans to advise that two of the items I had ordered and that were supposed to have been delivered, were permanently out of stock and they needed to pass a credit on the card that I had used. I was disgusted that it had taken so long for them to contact me. After our conversation I was concerned that more of the items selected for our gift may have been missing from the delivery to my nephew. I contacted my nephew, only to be told that they had received a list of the supposedly included items with the delivery, and it was they who discovered that the two items were missing! In other words, Boardmans had made the delivery as though the two missing items were included in the parcel. My nephew had to notify Boardmans of the missing items. What a shambles! This is not the way to conduct a business. One cannot be surprised the Edcon is doing so badly, if this is the way that they allow their subsidiaries to conduct business.
