Good Day. A few Nights ago. Monday to be exact, i went to a FreshStop in Warner Beach as I do everyMonday, to visit Crispy Chicken. This is Warner Beach Fresh Stop, Gus Brown side. When Parking my vehicle, in allocated parking area. I was approached by a **********, which was hanging around in front of the shop. This while a security Gaurd was standing next to my vehicle, too busyon His phone to care. I went inside to complain by the cashier, as this is a family orientated shop, or so i thought. When explaining what happened, i was told with a hell of a attitude that i cannot complain, as I am the same as the ********** that is soliciting outside, and i they will not ask her to leave, this wonan was dirty and dressed in hardly anything, so to me i dont feel we are the same, as i am not a **********. I feel this is wrong, as there are kids with their family's at this shop, that do not need to see this behaviour. Furtermore wen leaving shop i was given attitude by the petrol attendants, as the cashier had made it clear to tjem that i was wrong in what i complained about. This cashier was very rude to me, and so was the attendant. I will never go back to this Fresh Stop again, and Urge all in the Warner Beach area to follow suite. I have heard from lots that staff there has attitude towards customers, bever believed it untill now, very dissapounted.
My Experience with MyToys.co.za Online Store was a bit of a "Mixed Experience"... But OVERALL: I Must Say Thank You for the Fantastic Service and Speedy Resolution. My order was originally delivered by My Toys Courier to the INCORRECT Address, but after I reported the matter, My Toy responded in record time. And My Daughters Birthday Gift Delivered to Us two days Later and in time. Wrapped in Brown Paper and Beautiful Ribbon, A Big Thank You To The Team at My Toys. Would have been 5 Stars, had it not been for the Courier Company Issues :)
<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I went to the qeeunsmead spar in Durban.</p> <p>Firstly I waited ages to be served by one of the Deli attendants.</p> <p> </p> <p>When a lady came to eventually help me, she was extremely rude, i asked for some smoked chicken slices, which she replied that they dont have, she then proceeded to try and give me old willtered polony, lying from yesterday, when I said that I wanted fresh meats, she had a very bad attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then decided to go look elesewhere for food.</p> <p>On walking out i passed their fridges, where i decided to buy a vacuum packed portion of sliced chicken polony.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my office i had made myself two rolls with this polony, and ate both.</p> <p>When i wanted to make a third roll i noticed a funny smell, and discolouring on the polony, i looked at the expiry date, and it has expired more than a week ago, I am now worried that i will end up with SALMINELLA.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has happened to me a few weeks ago aswell with chicken pieces at the warner beach kwik spar, which i returned, but did not complain.</p> <p> </p> <p>But this is just too much, I pay for qaulity, so expect to get the qaulity that i pay for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled Shopper</p>
<p>I am so fed up with Telkoms continued lack of service and assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had been trying to contact them since Monday and eventually had to call there crime line just to get through to someone. There is no answer on any of there other numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We recently relocated and had our Landline and ADSL lines moved from 01 March +-, since then our landline has constant static to the extent that you can't even hear the person on the other end. Our ADSL line keeps dropping and we work from home making this more urgent then within most households.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then to boot when we got through they tried to blame the issue on our data provider (Afri Host), but after contacting them in sheer desperaction they advised that the issue was with our line (which is constantly dropping).</p> <p> </p> <p>We were told that a technician would be out to sort out the problem, but in the meantime we are expected to continue to pay for a service we aren't being provided and can't work without internet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus far we haven't even been given an indication of when we can expect a technician will even come and from past experience that could be a while.</p> <p> </p> <p>So over Telkom, REALLY!</p> <p> </p>
