Waste of Time Company
Terrible terrible terrible customer service, they refuse to respond to my simple query as to where my shipment is for weeks. They refuse to reimburse me. Extremely unprofessional. Don't bother wasting your time.

Terrible Service
Openserve have got to be the most useless company I've dealt with in years. How a company has no phone number, doesn't answer emails and still somehow runs is beyond me... 7 weeks of being ignored and counting...

OUTSTANDING service!!!!!
Herschell and his team were OUTSTANDING!!! They made my move immensely less stressful and were lovely to have around. I'm still not sure how they managed to get all my furniture into my apartment but they were unbelievable and would not leave until everything was either in or had somewhere to be stored. They even went so far as to hoist my bookshelf over an external wall (with electric fencing) to get it in. I cannot recommend them enough, they were truly AMAZING!!!!!
