Regus Office just dont do it !

1 star is too much. Charge you late payment fees even though you dont receive invoices, but never reply to emails when you request anything. Honestly, I would rather reccommend VBS as a banking solution than thse guys as an option for office rentals.

Unauthorized debit of my TFG account

If I could give TFG a -5 stars I would. I have never experienced such terrible customer care in my life, and I work with Telkom and Vodacom on a daily basis. I queried "cellphone insurance" coming off my account months ago, not a single person has got back to me yet. I asked them show me where I signed for this or okayed it, nothing. I have refused to pay my account until such time as I get feedback, now I am threatened with administration !! Absolutely shocking. Credit me for the cellphone insurance I never requested, I will pay the balance and I will never ever buy anything from anyone of your stores again.
