Level 7 - Bad service overall.
Please dont use Level 7 as service provider. We are not even 3 months into our contract with them, with bad service from the start. Not 3 months into the contract want to increase our premium.

UNSTABLE fibre
Level-7 Very Unstable. Line drops at least 4-5 times a day. The Line speed you pay for you dont get on WiFi. Staff not very helpful.

ALL AROUND REMOVALS
ALL AROUND REMOVALS Just a follow up on All Around Removals: We have been informed that they will not pay for any loss or damage. We were told by Dawn on several occasions that were were covered for R 300 000 loss or damage. They would only look at it if it was damaged in transit. Go figure and then to find out that at least R 1500 worth of liquor was stolen in transit as well. We will be taken this matter to the small claims court in the new year. Please just be aware when thinking of using these very unreliable movers.

Very Bad Service
All Around Removals are the most unreliable moving company. We moved from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria at the end of November 2019. Starting off we requested 100 boxes for the move, we only received 2/3 of the boxes (just to find that they use second hand boxes). They packed our belongings in such a manor that we had several items damaged and missing. Today is the 20th of December and up to date we have sent several Emails and made several phone calls to find out what they are going to do about replacing damaged Items etc. Up to date not a single answer from them. Please guys do not even consider using these people for your move.

Seattle points never get added to your perches.
We often buy our coffee from a specific Seattle Co in Port Elizabeth. Lately every time we do go an get coffee their systems are offline. Resulting in our points never telly up. Have complained at the store they only say they don't know. Sent emails to Seattle themselves no reply.
