I wish I could give a -10. I have been struggling with Avis to get my car fixed since 20 March. This is after one of their customers drove into me and damaged my whole back. No one answers the phone half of the time, every time I have had to be the one to follow up or phone. When they eventually answer there is always an excuse and another document they need. No one ever calls me to ask me for this. Apparently there is also only one person working at Avis Claims, Phumzile Nhlapo. No one can every answer my questions and refers to her. On a good day you will get an answer after phoning 20 times.
An Avis Rental car drove into over a month ago. NO ONE has phoned me to follow up on the assessment or claim. Apparently there is only one woman who can assist me with the information and who has access to the system. She is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of, when eventually answering after 3 weeks of phoning and emailing, she says sorry she was on lunch probably when I phoned. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
It is impossible to get through to anyone in legal or claims department. After 2 days of phone calls I got through once where I was promised documents, I have not yet received this. Pathetic service. On Tuesday 16 March someone crashed into me driving an Avis Van Rental Car. My whole boot needs replacing!!!!
Once again Mancosa service has disappointed me. After several phone calls, complains and reassurance by the complaints department, my information has still not been updated. Student Services are not skilled or clued up on their own job. My marks were allocated incorrectly and I was told that this would be done within 24-48 hours. It is now a week. T his morning I received my result statement that reflects THE WRONG MARKS!!!!! Where is my correct mark for management. How many times must one person fight with Mancosa.
AGAIN, No one answers the phone or gets back to my emails or tickets. My marks have been allocated INCORRECTLY again, this time on the so called student App. I was holding on the phone for over 30min to speak to an agent. Why are the people who work with our marks so incompetent. It clearly states the HIGHER mark will be allocated in the case of the remark. How do I have 57% now for an assignment if I am suppose to have 82%. CORRECT THIS!!!!!
I have been studying with Mancosa since January 2020. The entire Student Services department is useless and incompetent. No one comes back to you with a relevant answer or understands what they are doing. When you request feedback around and assignment and your marks you get 10 different excuses why it has not been marked or why there is a delay. I have not had one good experience with someone who has actually been helpful. The same goes to some of the lecturers who claim that they are not entitled to speak about the marking of the assignments and they are just the lecturers. When we then receive our marks and are unhappy they are of no assistance either. I submitted a remark and received almost 40% more the second time around. No one could explain to me how miraculously I went from almost failing an assignment to getting a distinction. I deserved the distinction from the beginning.
Christopher Tembe assisted me yesterday with getting down my premium and excess amount. As always King Price was on the ball and efficient.

The team is aggressive and rude when doing an outgoing inspection. Threatening tenants with costs and bullying you into paying and repairing fixtures at your own cost. Rented from Permanent trust for 6 years and thankful I do not have to do so again.
