Disappointed by Boxer at Trade Route Mall I recently purchased a bag of mealie meal from Boxer at Trade Route Mall, and I was extremely disappointed to find that it was rotten and damp inside, as if water had gone into it. It had a strange smell and visible clumps, clearly not suitable for consumption. It’s very concerning that such a product was still placed on the shelves and sold to customers, especially considering that this is a basic food item used in many households. This shows a lack of proper quality control and care for consumer health. I hope the store management takes this seriously, inspects their stock more carefully, and ensures that expired or damaged products are removed from the shelves. Customers deserve better — especially when it comes to food safety.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Day and Night driving school, and I have to say, it was extremely disappointing. When I reached out to inquire about their services, I was met with rude and aggressive responses from Nnditsheni Ranwedzi. Instead of providing helpful or courteous information, the staff seemed impatient and dismissive, almost as if my questions were an inconvenience. Not only was the tone unprofessional, but the lack of effort to maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor left me feeling uncomfortable. I understand that businesses can sometimes get busy, but basic customer service—like politeness and patience—is essential for building trust and maintaining good relationships. It’s a shame because Day and night driving school may offer great products or services, but their approach to customer interactions is seriously lacking. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value respectful and professional communication.
Im really frustrated and dissapointed at how clientele life agents targets students to tricking them into getting policies they know nothing of. Lebohang lekuba. I've been trying to get consultants to cancel it but nothing is happening. I wanna cancel this policy, 245 per month is just too much I won't even be able to afford it. Im not working for heavens sake! Can you assist cancelling this policy.
