I recently purchased a gold bracelet from Grace the Brand, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. The charms began falling off, one every time I wore the bracelet, and the spacers came loose, leaving a silver band where they originally sat. I only wore the bracelet three times in the two months I owned it, so this level of deterioration is completely unacceptable. When I contacted the company, they told me the item was outside their 30-day policy for broken or defective products and that they could not assist me in any way. For a brand that positions itself as offering quality accessories, this response was very disappointing. I expected far better craftsmanship and customer support. I will not be purchasing from Grace the Brand again.
Last order was supposed to arrive after 2-3 weeks. 6weeks later I have not received anything and no word. Order history said late delivery date was 20-04-2021 but on 22-04-2021 still nothing and no explanation. I e-mailed and was told they would look into it. Today I phoned and cancelled the order. Terrible service
