I recently purchased a gold bracelet from Grace the Brand, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. The charms began falling off, one every time I wore the bracelet, and the spacers came loose, leaving a silver band where they originally sat. I only wore the bracelet three times in the two months I owned it, so this level of deterioration is completely unacceptable. When I contacted the company, they told me the item was outside their 30-day policy for broken or defective products and that they could not assist me in any way. For a brand that positions itself as offering quality accessories, this response was very disappointing. I expected far better craftsmanship and customer support. I will not be purchasing from Grace the Brand again.

Current order # 4 4 9 3 7 placed 2 8 June as of now 2 July 1 4 : 4 5 I have still not received a tracking number for my order. According to GTB site, it takes 1 - 2 working days to process the order and then 2 - 4 working days for shipping. A few months ago I received an email to review a specific Vintage Coin Necklace and gave a 3 star review as I didn't like the gap in the clasp of the pendant but well what do you know, my review vanished. This is also not the first time I've had issues with GTB. I also previously ordered personalized items, the site said items would be ready in 5 weeks but order # 4 3 6 2 9 took over 6 weeks before I even received a tracking number this was May 6th email. Then in March, items noted that were in stock were in fact pre-order items from the D a r e to Dream collection but order # 4 3 7 0 5 with incorrect website info was already placed. I've come to realize in my experience that GTB is not a very reliable brand as most times there seems to be some issue or the other. The fact that my honest review just goes missing but only 4 and 5 star reviews remain on the site makes me question this brand. GTB should remove the scripture from the site cos it's giving narcissistic ex and I'm definitely giving my honest review on TikTok to my 27.7k followers

I visited the Grace the brand store in East London on a visit there and bought a pair of earrings. When I got home I found that the earrings were both right hand earrings and so the gems could not be seen when worn on the left. I mailed the customer support team to see if I could get a replacement earring for the left ear. The team was not helpful at all and told me that I needed to pay for the courier as I don't live near the store. They stated that the online and physical stores are not linked and so they can't help me. I am extremely disappointed and irritated as their jewelry is not cheap. Very unsatisfied!

Below is the email I sent them. I have been waiting for 2 months for an order and there are zero updates from them. Their website is gracethebrand.co.za. They have no phone number so I can't even reach them. Good day, I would like to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company Grace The Brand. On 28th of December 2022, I placed an order and was informed that the delivery would arrive within 5 weeks. However, it has now been 2 months and I have yet to receive my order. No tracking has been provided for this order and this adds to my frustration of having to deal with your incompetency. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and timeliness from your company, and the delay in delivery has caused me significant inconvenience. I have been counting on receiving this order on time, and the delay has caused me to make other means for my wife's birthday gift. I am extremely disappointed with the delay in delivery and the lack of communication from your company regarding this issue. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, either by delivering my order as soon as possible or by providing a full refund. I hope you take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the status of my order.
