Below is the email I sent them. I have been waiting for 2 months for an order and there are zero updates from them. Their website is gracethebrand.co.za. They have no phone number so I can't even reach them. Good day, I would like to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company Grace The Brand. On 28th of December 2022, I placed an order and was informed that the delivery would arrive within 5 weeks. However, it has now been 2 months and I have yet to receive my order. No tracking has been provided for this order and this adds to my frustration of having to deal with your incompetency. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and timeliness from your company, and the delay in delivery has caused me significant inconvenience. I have been counting on receiving this order on time, and the delay has caused me to make other means for my wife's birthday gift. I am extremely disappointed with the delay in delivery and the lack of communication from your company regarding this issue. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, either by delivering my order as soon as possible or by providing a full refund. I hope you take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the status of my order.
I bought a new TV set from the Samsung online store and it was sent to me with an old used remote. Above all, the remote is incorrect. I have been calling samsung everyday since I received this TV and no one is being helpful. I spoke to Sandra who was the first person that logged this call and never heard from her again. I spoke to Sizwe for a follow up, he said he will call me but never did. I spoke to Zintle for a follow up, she never called back. I spoke to Zenzi, she never called back. None of their staff is helpful. All I want is for them to send me the remote that works and that is meant for this TV. I am really at a point of just returning this TV and getting a refund. I will never ever buy a samsung product ever again. I am over this brand and it's people.
For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get my VoWiFi/WiFi calling to work. I have contacted the call center numerous times and none of the agents know what WiFi calling is. I have referred each and everyone of them to the Telkom website to read about the product they claim to offer but does not work. I was referred to a store by one of the agents. I got to the Telkom store, where I even recorded the lady that was helping me, she had no idea what I was talking about. I have contacted the Facebook page, in turn they referred me to the same page I have been referring all the Telkom call centre agents to for the setup. My main concern is that we are with Telkom because if what they claim to offer and we pay for these products. I have 2 mobile phone contracts with them and this feature is not working on both phones. With Cell C however this works fine with both the handsets. Talkom are you making us pay for a service you do not offer? Is this fair? This is tiring and disappointing. Am I able to cancel my contracts on the basis that you DO NOT deliver what you listed as a service on your website?
