Below is the email I sent them. I have been waiting for 2 months for an order and there are zero updates from them. Their website is gracethebrand.co.za. They have no phone number so I can't even reach them.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company Grace The Brand. On 28th of December 2022, I placed an order and was informed that the delivery would arrive within 5 weeks.
However, it has now been 2 months and I have yet to receive my order. No tracking has been provided for this order and this adds to my frustration of having to deal with your incompetency.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and timeliness from your company, and the delay in delivery has caused me significant inconvenience. I have been counting on receiving this order on time, and the delay has caused me to make other means for my wife's birthday gift.
I am extremely disappointed with the delay in delivery and the lack of communication from your company regarding this issue. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, either by delivering my order as soon as possible or by providing a full refund.
I hope you take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the status of my order.
