I experienced such poor customer service during my recent visit (2025/08/17). When I inquired about the specials, this staff member responded in a very unhelpful tone and simply looked at me in a stern manner without making any effort to assist. When I asked about my size, she did not offer to help at all. I was left to search through all the Havana sizes on my own, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. The lack of professionalism and courtesy made the experience very unpleasant, and I could not wait to leave the store. I strongly believe that all customers, irrespective of their race, size, or background, deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. Unfortunately, my experiences fell far short of this standard. Based on this experience, the service I received does not even deserve a one-star rating. I believe that good customer service is key to creating a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I trust that this matter will be addressed with the staff members on duty on this day
The worse experience ever with the third party claim. A truck & trailer drove into my daughter's car, Nov.2018, only received a settlement amount from them at the end of June, according to them my daughter is half responsible for the accident and they will only pay out 40% of the claim after I paid to fix the car myself. Up until today, they have not paid out the settlement amount yet. I received such poor service from them, they never return calls, don't ever reply on any e-mail messagers.
