Web has become a nightmare to contact. I am trying to set up their porting service and I have shunted from pillar to post and when/if I get a person on the line having waited for at least 20 minutes on hold. In the mean time Im paying for the voip service and my telkom account. Not good
Big on promo terrible on service. Cape Town rep Andre Brand does not answer his calls and does not reply to messages Head office in Durban no better!. As a global brand it's pathetic.
