I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with Vodacom, but their customer service is frustratingly useless. Instead of getting real help, I keep getting pushed to their robot chat, which is completely unhelpful. The chatbot requires verification via text, but since I am no longer receiving messages, I am stuck in an endless loop with no way to sort out my query. I have tried multiple times to reach a real person, but their system just redirects me back to automated responses. How can a major telecom company make it so difficult for customers to get assistance? This is beyond frustrating. If you ever need actual help, good luck – because speaking to a human at Vodacom seems impossible!
Tried to register my Account on My ID, but the contact number is not on my id number. Have to send documents to an email and after 3 week of calling they Cleary can help me register my name. So someone is using my id to play bets.
Barry took money from me in 2022 for a project with he never did, repaid R3000 but still owns me R8200. He promised to repay it but has only ghosted me for the last months. Taking no responsibility. He claims he is declares bunk ****d since May but see there is still people reviewing his business in a bad light.
Ordered a product from me, when they needed to collect, they gave excuses. Then ghosted me and then wanted to pay less for the product.
We paid her last year in July for 2 services. One was for my maternity leave and the other one was for my partner when he was unemployed. Then hands your details to a third party and doesn't even inform you. When you ask where is your money for your maternity leave they promised it was submitted when infect she submitted my maternity claim as unemployed and said my boss need to approve it on UIF site. To do my own follow-up and again **** to me that it was submitted. When I got a payment I wanted to know if this was for 1, 2, 3, or 4 months payout. They informed me it is for 3 months and did a new claim. To this day I still don't know if I will get a payment out. She does not take responsibility for her own mistakes. She is arrogant and even accused my partner of submitting a claim that is *****ulent. When in fact he did work for the company and they had him on the system as a ghost employee. No refunds are available as my partner never got a Payment from UIF. I will never pay them again for something you don't receive or just get **** customer service. Would not recommend her at all! Total waste of time and money.
