Vodacom pathetic promises and service!
I was promised 3 months pay back within 7 days regarding my previous review but 2 weeks later still nothing. Pathetic service!

Vodacom daylight robbery
I cancelled my Vodacom WiFi account on the 30th of April 2019. The consultant stated that I will only be debited once more at the end of May. Another debit was taken off at the end of June. When I queried it the next consultant said that the cancellation was not fully followed on their side and that I was wrongfully debited and that I can phone in 7 days to be credited. Phoning today they said the cancellation was only made on the end of June which is not true. Quick to debit accounts but won't pay back the money wrongfully debited. Vodacom will never have any of my business again!!
