I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider the reviews regarding Pinkfoot Boutique before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I experienced significant delays—waiting nearly 14 weeks for my compactum. The service I received, particularly from the owners themselves, was deeply disappointing and far below acceptable standards. This experience has unfortunately overshadowed what should have been an exciting and joyful time planning my nursery.
When i tried to call, sms or use my data since yesterday morning(9th July 2019) the only message i receive is “the service that you are trying to access is not available, please contact Vodacom”. Trying to call Vodacom's customer care line is also a nightmare because you can’t speak to anyone it is just the answering machine with options. So i went in store and the manager was very helpful, checked if everything on my profile is fine (my account is paid to date) and did a network reset etc. He phoned headoffice and they tried a few things and just said “sorry we cannot help you the client have to wait until 11th July 2019 when the reference number due date is.” This is unacceptable I cannot do my job as phoning my clients is not possible. If i drive there is a security risk because what if i get in a emergency situation and i am unable to call someone. I pay my account every month, they haven’t asked me for money once but they just cut off my account for 3 days now without warning or explanation, and when you query the situation no one can assist. The exact same thing happened in 2016 and i had to wait 4 working days. Not a sorry afterwards nothing. Vodacom don’t feel anything for their clients and they service is very very poor!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
