We ordered a baby cot that arrived late and was unsafe. The wood was rough and unsanded (causing splinters), the bars were uneven, and it had fewer levels than advertised. After complaining, we were told by their staff member Lehandra that it was a stock mistake and were promised a replacement. The replacement cot was just as unsafe and completely unsanded on the inside. There is clearly no quality control. This business has no control over manufacturing and seems to act only as a middleman, posting attractive photos online but delivering products that are completely different from what is advertised. Communication has been terrible, management never followed through despite repeated promises, and they refuse to issue a refund. Selling unsafe baby products while hiding behind social media marketing and taking customers’ money without delivering what was advertised is unacceptable.

I placed and paid for an order on 11 July for two bedside tables, a dresser, and to have my headboard reupholstered. The fabric for the headboard was confirmed by 14 July. From there, the experience went downhill fast. On 12 August, I received a WhatsApp asking me to rate their service. How could I rate anything when I had received NOTHING? When I questioned them, they promised delivery that week. That never happened. Week after week, it was one excuse after another – always “it’s in quality check” or “the production manager will call you” (he never did). Eventually, on 20 August, they delivered the bedside tables and dresser, BUT NO HEADBOARD. To make matters worse, the next day when we unwrapped the furniture, we discovered the left dresser drawer is faulty and gets stuck. I reported it immediately and was told they’d look at it when delivering the headboard. Does the driver even do quality checks? Can he fix it? Then came the endless lies about the headboard: They claimed the fabric was ready on 16 August. Then they said it’s in quality check again. Promised delivery on Friday, I asked for Saturday, and they agreed. Tuesday comes – still nothing. Now the excuse is “the fabric has a flaw.” I even sent them photos showing flaws in the wood on the dresser – NO RESPONSE. This has been an absolute nightmare of broken promises, poor communication, zero accountability, and endless delays. They overpromise, underdeliver, and keep lying to the customer. Would I recommend them? Absolutely NOT. Stay far away if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider the reviews regarding Pinkfoot Boutique before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I experienced significant delays—waiting nearly 14 weeks for my compactum. The service I received, particularly from the owners themselves, was deeply disappointing and far below acceptable standards. This experience has unfortunately overshadowed what should have been an exciting and joyful time planning my nursery.

Ordered an item for a baby shower. They had no stock, took the money though. They did not communicate any delay and couldn't provide an estimate on when it would be back in stock. A refund was requested and over a month later still nothing. Very bad service

Amazing experience from start of my order to receiving my furniture. They kept true too their word with production time. Products are so pretty. They helped a late pregnant mommy set up her dream nursery. Thank you Asanda and team!

I wish I read the reviews on this company before I purchased the King rocking chair from Pinkfoot. The chair was delivered later than promised (I needed to keep following up, absolutely no progress communication from them) and defective: it moves across the room when I am rocking in it. Upon some investigation this is known as "walking" when the feet of the rocker are not even. According to Pinkfoot, however, this "premium" chair of theirs cannot be placed in a carpeted room. This wasn't disclosed when I purchased. Who knew I'd need to replace my floors when I bought this chair! Pinkfoot couldn't care less. They bamboozled me, sold a poor quality chair at an astronomical price and then blame the *very standard* finish on my floor. Don't buy from them. And from the other shocking customer reviews I'm clearly not the only customer that has had an awful experience with them. @Pinkfoot boutique, if you read this, maybe consider that the myriad of unhappy customers are not the problem, you are. One or two customers could be unreasonable, but when most of your reviews are complaints of bad experience, the problem is NOT your customers.
