They haven't been having actions for quite some time. On the 20th February I requested a refund of R5000 for a deposit I had with them in order to be able to bid. I haven't received it yet and their telephone goes unanswered even if you hold on for a long time.
I've been subscribing to this network for two months now, and haven't been having pleasure with the internet connection. Every weekend their server is down. You'll never have internet access from Friday till Monday.
I installed a unit in 2019. It started giving problems in September 2021. When you report a fault you get sent from pillar to post. They sent a technician on the 25th after two days the unit reported faults again. I phoned them again I was again sent from pillar to post. After a few days calling them I get a response. They confirmed an appointment for the 12th October at 14:00 but the technician only came at 17:15. After attending to the unit. It is still not in working condition the next day. Called them again and the said it will be escalated and haven't received any all from them. Really bad service.
I have been a member of AA Roadside Assistance for almost 10 years and It was a second time I requested help. I phoned in for assistance at 15:41, my call was logged at 16:00. It was dispatched to towing assistant at 17:00. I was told the tow truck would only take 15 minutes and according to the tow app it was only 10km away but it only arrived at 17:58. It so heartbreaking that you take your hard earned money to pay for services, and you receive such sloppy service at the end.
