Bad Customer Service by the Service Provider. AA insurance, roadside assistance department where a car was broken down and their services were required, and the call centre staff is very nice people but the service is **** and horrible customer experience. they refused to give me car hire so that I can continue with my Journey. All I can say me and my family did not have a good experience throughout contacting AA roadside assistance, through Toyota Dealership in Eastern Cape

Selling customers lies. Disgusted about their bad service. I have been paying for my towing service without a fail but today when I need them to tow my car from my residential address, 🙁they say they can't because I am in a rural area. Mind you that is the same address on my contract. Why they did not tell that when I took that contract with them? This shows that this is what they do to all their customers.😡

Selling customers lies. Disgusted about their bad service. AA Services are so bad in a way that its very boring #Consaltant by the name of fortunate is very unprofessional - dont know what to do when the customer needs help- not a problem solver - he would literarly say **** tot the client - the software developer are so weak in a way that they tell Fortunate lies to tell the client - for a simplle report - i regret using this company i hope this is the last time i use them as they are very unprofessional and useles.

On the 26 of Jan i requested for a tow truck and the yes uthe truck did arrive but my problem started when the tow truck driver was using breaks to help and load my car to uthe truck and that resulted on my car having scratches on the bumper.I called AA and i was given an email to forward uthe pictures of the scratches and yes i did forward the email but till today noma one has ever came back to me.so that means they dont care about what happens between their client and contracted towtrucks.

AA insurance was very bad to me on Friday the 19th August, it started with the debit order they my monthly debit order is R220 yet this month they tried to deduct 1200 Wich resulted with me accumulating bank charges and the debit order was returned un paid

My acc ref is 0738334884. We requested that car be moved to Ford EastLondon on Saturday last week, on arrival the driver noticed that Ford was closed and took the car for safe keeping in their storage, on arrival the drive recommended a Mechanic that is used by AA, I spoke to Ebrahim and the problem was a clutch, we tried getting parts on Saturday with no luck I then asked the guy to leave it for Monday until I give him directives. On Sunday I get a call from tracker stating that they removed the battery on the car, I then told tracker that the car is not supposed to be tempered with as it was Sunday, we later learnt that Ebrahim took out the battery to work on a clutch? How?? I told them to leave the car and we will attend to it on Monday, Monday morning I get call from Ebby telling me that the clutch set R4500.00, now I send my team to go pay for the matwriyon arrival I was told he already send someone to buy and I asked for receipt and nothing. Ebby charged us R9000 to get the clutch sorted. On Monday afternoon it was done and we drove less than 20km to the guesthouse where my team is. Tuesday morning we drove the car for 80km then we started having issues again. I then told the driver to stop I’ll get AA to tow the car. On arrival the towing guy advised that Ford needs an appointment for the car, we then send to AA storage… Now my car Aircon is no longer working and the heater as well.. Today I get a call from Ebby that it’s top that is messed up..

I have been a member of AA Roadside Assistance for almost 10 years and It was a second time I requested help. I phoned in for assistance at 15:41, my call was logged at 16:00. It was dispatched to towing assistant at 17:00. I was told the tow truck would only take 15 minutes and according to the tow app it was only 10km away but it only arrived at 17:58. It so heartbreaking that you take your hard earned money to pay for services, and you receive such sloppy service at the end.

I am having a difficult time trying to resolve this matter , I have sent Emails regarding this matter and I have not received any response at all , my bank account is being debited with the wrong amount every month which i feel is theft due to the fact I'm being CHARGED A DOUBLE PREMIUM FOR ONE MEMBERSHIP .
