Toyota Buffalo City Bad Bad service Bad Experience with Toyota East London, where the car was towed and stayed in for a week or more for a mechanical issue, when receiving the car, it was dirty, and they didn't care to clean the car. 1st time experiencing this in the Toyota dealerships. when collecting on the weekend keys were with the security guards. if proof is needed I have it, and the service adviser was bad in communication. The car was dirty os should I say it was the way I sent it. Also with the mechanical issue fixed, only one coil pack was changed and yet if one had a fault why don't replace all.
Bad Customer Service by the Service Provider. AA insurance, roadside assistance department where a car was broken down and their services were required, and the call centre staff is very nice people but the service is **** and horrible customer experience. they refused to give me car hire so that I can continue with my Journey. All I can say me and my family did not have a good experience throughout contacting AA roadside assistance, through Toyota Dealership in Eastern Cape

Eskom loadshedding is back only for certain areas in Khayelitsha we have been experiencing loadshessing and its more than 2 hours and this happens everyday. You expect this from a government facility but then it must be loadshedding or load reduction for everyone not just some areas this is not fair, if you take electricity then take from everyone and just bring back loadshedding
Vumatel is not attending any issues from Khayelitsha the fibre is bad and not maintaining the infrastructure and yet ISP keeps on taking the money. Mweb is chowing the money knowing that exactly that service is not provided to clients, its been a month and a half.

A Month ago(12-05-2023) I logged a claim on the Nedbank insurance for the Gate Motor, that need replacement. I have never received any communication from these guys no follow-up or anything, I called to ask about the claim, and the Agent I spoke to had me on the call and on hold forever. I am really confused for years I am paying premiums and now I'm seeking help they cannot assist me. but too many referrals from one person to another person. Should I then just cancel my policy with these guys?
It has been Months now waiting for Mweb to activate my internet so that I can access the internet and actually work. It's really frustrating to wait and keep on calling these people and giving false promises that we will fix your issue today. It's been a month now, communication is bad, and they never called me back just to update me. The funny thing is I'm a new client and I like how MWeb treats me early days, I know what to expect from them in the future.

Vodacom debited my account twice in one month, and funny enough I don't have an account at Vodacom, I went in stores and they told me they suspect fraud, I went to the police station and did an affidavit and went back to vodacom stores, and they told me they cannot help me now, I must call vodacom call centres, what to I need to do to clear my name with vodacom, and how would they even open an account under my name without original id and bank statement.
