On the 26 of Jan i requested for a tow truck and the yes uthe truck did arrive but my problem started when the tow truck driver was using breaks to help and load my car to uthe truck and that resulted on my car having scratches on the bumper.I called AA and i was given an email to forward uthe pictures of the scratches and yes i did forward the email but till today noma one has ever came back to me.so that means they dont care about what happens between their client and contracted towtrucks.
I bought a pizza pie only to find a well cooked fly and the lady who was assisting me treated this like no big deal not even the manager was notified.
Hi q South Gate total rip off when it comes to alignment. I took my my car in for alignment and my tires had no curb rush when I asked them for print out they told me their printer had no paper and their warranty is 24 hours now my tires have curb rush.and the car is running to the left side when you leave the staring wheel. Totally disappointed
I called AA call center on Wednesday 10th of March a lady by the name of Charmaine assisted me as I had forgotten my wallet at home and gave me the case ref 304 and she allocated a tow truck to come and fill up my tank with 10L but after a few minutes she called and advised me the tow truck driver will not fill up my tank but he must accompany me to my house to get my wallet to my surprise i am paying for the service it is in our contract that when ever i ran out petrol AA will assist me 2 times per year all of a sudden i don't know if its her team leader or supervisor called the tow truck driver and ask him how far is my house from the garage why don't i walk the tow truck driver must accompany me to my house. So am i paying AA for when i cant use the services im paying for. Every time im calling them i must explain why i want to talk to Charmaine's team leader and they promise to get back to me but no 1 has called me.
Just upgraded my contract and a consultant who was assisting me did not load data for me. That is the message i got when i called the call center. Niw im being told to drive from Vaal to Clearwater just to get him to activate the data? Why do this shops have a phone number when it is not answered? Is it necessary for me to put petrol on my car to go abd remind them to activate data when I can just phone
