I made a lay-by @ Bradlows EastGate, and later went for my refund , they are unfortunately not in a position to assist me with the funds as I need the funds to buy the same product at R2000 less, not even an agent was interested in knowing the reasons for the refund.. May I have my money within 48 hours as I need to replace this urgently .
The worst customer service I’ve ever received . Infact I’m considering to move all my banking from nedbank based on Deidre Caesar behaviour, useless banker .
My acc ref is 0738334884. We requested that car be moved to Ford EastLondon on Saturday last week, on arrival the driver noticed that Ford was closed and took the car for safe keeping in their storage, on arrival the drive recommended a Mechanic that is used by AA, I spoke to Ebrahim and the problem was a clutch, we tried getting parts on Saturday with no luck I then asked the guy to leave it for Monday until I give him directives. On Sunday I get a call from tracker stating that they removed the battery on the car, I then told tracker that the car is not supposed to be tempered with as it was Sunday, we later learnt that Ebrahim took out the battery to work on a clutch? How?? I told them to leave the car and we will attend to it on Monday, Monday morning I get call from Ebby telling me that the clutch set R4500.00, now I send my team to go pay for the matwriyon arrival I was told he already send someone to buy and I asked for receipt and nothing. Ebby charged us R9000 to get the clutch sorted. On Monday afternoon it was done and we drove less than 20km to the guesthouse where my team is. Tuesday morning we drove the car for 80km then we started having issues again. I then told the driver to stop I’ll get AA to tow the car. On arrival the towing guy advised that Ford needs an appointment for the car, we then send to AA storage… Now my car Aircon is no longer working and the heater as well.. Today I get a call from Ebby that it’s top that is messed up..
Am still waiting for feedback, guys I e paid you for more than 1wmonths after retrenchment, I have submitted all my documents,do what is right.
Am still waiting on resolution, I wascrectreched avatar ago,sent documentation for my retrechment and to date I still pay for the account even after I submitted for credit life,I logged a complaint and I received an SMS stating that the complaint was closed as they did not receive the documents, perhaps send me the address then I can hand deliver them,African bank will never change for anything better,interest rates are ridiculous, customer service is poor and nothing to he right,this bank is a scam i tell you.
Still no resolution on my query, African bank has not responded to my hello peter query and branch told me to send my query to claims department, no1 ever came back to me,looks like those emails never get attention, am sick and tired of this bank..I want my money back,you have been debuting my account for over a year even after retrenchment.
Am beyond disgusted, am actually sitting with Isaac at the Balfour Park branch, I have previously sent an email to insurance claims department for my credit loge on the 24/09 to date no1 has bothered to call or return my email, we just got off the phone with the claims department and spoke to Kagiso who failed to listen 1, who was talking to me while eating( how disgusting) he asked foe my idea Nunber very impatient and while I was still explaining, few seconds I was literally talking to myself and he never said a word on the phone but we could hear that he is still on the line.. Is this how you shampooed to be treating your African Clients?? So clearly this is pure madness the service here is insane and disgusting, just please proceed my claim,I have paid you without fail over the term and I lost my job.. Kagiso you belong to the zoo, growth is way far from you, the reputation of this company is already downgraded, but useless consultants like you make it even worse
Why is Zara Sandton so useless ?? Why do people that work for Zara think that there are woolies of South Africa? Or perhaps I should ask, why don't we have Pep in Sandton City to replace this useless store Zara,ppl that work for Zara were probably told they own the store,for heaven sake you are nothing without your customer's, we need service and not attitude, I spoke my daughter graduation shoes last week Thursday and unfortunately for us the pair was small,brought them back Friday,the following day and I was told they can't exchange as I did not have a till slip.A business of such magnitude, tou cannot identify your own product?Hence I cannot even compare you with pep because they invested on systems,that can identify the item from just the tag..Your useless store manager thinks he owns Zara,little does he know any minute he could be the receiving end,what happened to customer care,I left small pair at the shop and bought a new same pair with the correct size. So now here is the most incompetent thing they did,they kept small pair,without noting down my details,so.anything can happen to the pair while kept in their safety since it was paid for,we need to be advised of the return policy before we leave the till,also when I bought the second new pair,they still did not advise me of the terms and conditions.Am disappointed management with his extra extra large suit things he is better, perhaps you should consider a stylist for your stuff as they do not represent you well, even worse I thought I could compare a merc to a bmw, but clear it has to be Zara sand ton vs Pep store, they far much better than your useless stuff.. I want my money
The best or nothing...I have never experienced such a great service in my banking experience.
My experience with Wesbank is nothing short of insane.From when my account got into arrears to the time the account was up to date,I have been retrenched twice since I have the wesbank account and tried by all means to keep my account up to date...Now my account is up to date and credits needs s letter that state that am not owing WesBank, all I want is the letter stipulating that the account is up to date.. This is for my bond application and you can state the am still within term with WesBank
