I wonder when will we get to send claims and get an assistance without insurers trying to run away from their responsibility or trying to make up stories not to pay. Hollard and Brolink will forever be ****mers of the clients. Do you guys ever thought of putting your selves in customers shoes? Have you ever been hijacked, kidnapped and have all your bank accounts cleaned, then get to deal with people who doesn't even care to return your calls when you call or even update you on the progress of the claim? The next thing you come back and tell us that the policy was cancelled due to an early settlement, which is not true. You need to get your facts straight before you come with such tricks... IT WAS NOT AN EARLY SETTLEMENT, IT WAS OUR LAST INSTALMENT. THE NEXT THING YOU'VE GOT SOME NERVE TO TELL STD BANK TO REFUND US THE INSURANCE PREMIUM THAT WAS PAID TO YOU... THEN THIS MORNING YOU SEND US AN EMAIL THAT SAYS THE INSURANCE WAS CANCELLED.... YOU NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. WHILE ON THAT WE SEND A CLAIM FOR THE WINDSCREEN ON THE 27/12/2024 WHICH WAS APPROVED AND AUTHORISED BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY HUSBAND LATER ON THE SAME DATE WAS HIJACKED AND KIDNAPPED. 1. Why did Brolink and Hollard take the premium for December if there wouldn't be a cover after my final payment? 2. Why did they approve the windscreen claim? 3. Why are they sending the confirmation letter now after I've registered the claim? 4. Lastly why did they instruct my husband to deregister the car and bring the car certificate and the spare key to them? Of which he did all that they requested
It has came to my attention that there's lot of ***** activities at metropolitan. We have realised that metropolitan has opened funeral policies on our names without us knowing. This is *****ing from other people. Can you guys sort this out please. We have tried to raise this issue with metropolitan Vereeniging branch but nothing has been done about it.
This company is a discrace, ****mers that stills from us. I have laid a complain with the company and they promised to get back to me since 30/08/24 till today and they have said nothing to date. You know it is sad that I lost my husband in 2021, as he was working for Usizo security company. I informed the company about his death, I remember very that I spoke to Mr Bhembhe from HR department. He was so polite and asked me to send the relevant documents for death claim, burial and tombstone benefits from the company. I sent all that he asked for but guess what it's been almost 3years no payments from Provident fund, no burial payment not even that tombstone from the company as he advised. I tried calling him he is not answering my calls, when I call Salt company to do the follow up on the Provident fund they say they are waiting for Usizo to make payment because they can't process the claim since the Usizo company has not been paying for the past 5months and they also sent Usizo hr department emails but they are not replying to those emails. I am so disappointed by Usizo company. I have kids for heaven sake that I need to feed. What's worse is I didn't even get the burial payout from the company. I think maybe if I can't take this to every social media platforms I might get assistance because the company is not not willing to assist me.
Selling customers lies. Disgusted about their bad service. I have been paying for my towing service without a fail but today when I need them to tow my car from my residential address, 🙁they say they can't because I am in a rural area. Mind you that is the same address on my contract. Why they did not tell that when I took that contract with them? This shows that this is what they do to all their customers.😡
I've heard bad stories about Capitec but I have never thought I will be going through the same. I've been with Capitec for more than 15 years and they can't even protect my account. I went to the branch to stop debit from Sanlam but Capitec went through and processed that debit even after I stopped the debit from the branch. AM SO DISAPPOINTED. AM GLAD I DIDN'T MOVE MY SALARY TO THEM. I WANT YOU GUYS REVERSE MY MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT.
