The admin team, Nadia and Alex have been so helpful in ensuring my name is cleared and clean on all bureaus and fix the ***** that happened on my name. I will forever be thankful to them for treating my case with so much urgency even when they didn’t have to.
I have been paying this account for 9 years and no one ever seems to have a proper settlement amount for me and everytime I give an offer to settle the colserve team rejects it and wants more. Please I am being ****** by wesbank at this point and now when I try to settle it reflects the account as fully paid up but the team wont give me the original Natis OR a valid settlement quote as its always being adjust somehow, I am beyond frustrated at this point and dont trust anything. I always have to pay something and no one ever tells me what its for.
I am very disappointed with Standard Bank especially after moving back to them as I thought they are one of the trusted banks in SA. I logged my ***** case on 30th March and submitted everything they needed. I was told this would take up to 6 weeks. The 6 weeks has passed and I still have not received feedback and even when I call them they say someone will call me from investigations with no luck today they tell me they have no turnaround time on online ***** after clearly stating it will take up to 6 weeks. I’m really shattered as I really did trust them and am very disappointed to say the least with someone having had access to transfer money to themselves from my account and Standard Bank failing to deliver or give any sensible response.
