Very bad after sale customer service. Had to return an item because non matching parts delivered and I cannot even assemble the item and make use of it. Trying to return the item but Cielo making process difficult. Unresponsive and ridiculous timelines and it it looks like they do t care anymore as I already paid for the item

ABSA Novofx App not user friendly at all and support very frustrating. Cant get support on the phone and emails not responded to. My expectation of an app is that users must be able to use it from anywhere but this one calls users to the branch where help cannot even be offered and refer users to Novofx support whom users have no access to.
