I had the worse experience with uber yesterday, uber increase the price that was offered to me and did not have options to communicate to them. This is disgusting customer experience.
I wish i could give this no stars! I went to Chris Brown on 14 December 2024. the guy at the bar told me that my drinks is R129. However he charged me R1290. He acknowledge that his is new and i need to email for a refund but why is no one replying to me. I would like my R1000 refund and no receipt was provided to me because a Yoco machine was used. this is unacceptable!
I have received excellent service especially from Cuan Naiker. Cuan was such a delightful person and he provided excellent services.
