Great Service all round
Bought a new gate motor. Service on the phone and at the store later from Brett and the rest of the team was excellent. All very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. Great prices too!

Do not use Internet Express!
The collected a parcel from me on 2 September (IEXPT1001094310) A week later on 9 September i emailed them asking for feedback as their automated tracking system still said it was "outbound" They did not respond. The next day i emailed again and said i am still waiting for a response, they again did not respond. Another day later, on 11 September i emailed again, telling them it was the 3rd time i was asking... as of today, 17 September, they have STILL not responded, and their automated email tracking still says its "outbound" Do not use this company if you want to know where you parcels are!

Great prices and service!
Great service, and prices! My order was R200 cheaper than other retailers, and i got delivery in 2 days! This is about the 5th time i have used Firstshop in the last few years, and i have got the same service every time, without fail! I only need printer cartridges every few months, which is the only reason i don't use them more often! I wish they sold beer too! :)
