Unfortunately we have experienced such poor service from cell c this year. In summary, we moved to our home this year, so we put in an order last year November for fibre. By March this year we were still waiting for the line to be connected. Then they got confused with statements so we received three different statements and then got threatened legally. It took them until September to get to one correct statement. Then I got an sms to say I owe money from an account of one year ago, but there is proof of cancellation and transfer of the account. Additionally, we did an eft last month and they debited us (because of the confusion of statements). We reversed the debit order but cell c then charged me a "failed" debit order fee. This weekend, we got turned off Friday at 16:00. I have sent two emails and called twice, and we are still without WiFi. We work from home. I safely say that we will be moving suppliers. The worst is they quick to take your money, even if there is no service provided.
My cord was flashing and caught on fire when I got Into bed. I bought the electric blanket a year ago from dischem. A king size. Glad I did not get a shoc**** And here I am hiding from the coronavirus!!!!!!
The staff at this pharmacy are so patient and accommodating. For instance, I wasn’t feeling great and called them as I was going to collect my prescription. Instead they told me I could email it to them in the lockdown and they would deliver it. So I emailed it. They then called to check all was in order. They sent the delivery man asap. He was so kind. He noticed some unworthy activity in our street and reported it to me while delivering my medication. I then called our security company Beagle to come and see. They were as efficient as the pharmacy. All in all with the kindness, attentiveness, patience and willingness of them, we have our medicine and safety.
I used the credit on my smart shopper to buy food today at the pnp at victory park. It gets deducted off my card which I can see from my phone but the cashier says that the system says I still owe them the money. So we call customer service. All they say is yes we took your amount so we will fix it when we online. So pnp says to me... This isn't their problem. They would not help me. I walked out of that centre embarrassed and furious. So I'm short my money and have no groceries. It's shocking actually. I spend over r12k a month at that place. All pnp is worried about their money. Definitely not the customer. I am done shopping there. I will take my money elsewhere.
