I moved out of the apartment but a month after moving out still have not received my deposit, no email or communication whatsoever. When you call to ask yoi are sent from pillar to post no accountability what so ever. If you love your money don't rent through this company in Durban.

Lehlohonolo Mokmogatla was such a great person to deal with she took me through the process and cancelled my policy as communicated. I would recommend her as a good employee to service clients.
Bad pathetic service they never get back to you non existence managers who never get back to you. Branch consultants are clueless I would advice anyone to take a contract with this company the only option is to reverse debit orders and they are useless.
I bought a cellphone on the Telkom Website and it was delivered on the 10/07/2019 but unfortunately the phone was non functional. I went on the 11/07/2019 to the Rosebank branch they sent an email up til today have not received any feedback. On Saturday the 13/07/2019 I went to the North Gate branch and I received no service I was greeted by a rude floor manager by the name of Khosi Makue. We called a service consultant by the name of Thabo Nzama that wasn't fruitful as well. Til today I'm still stuck with a useless nonfunctional phone. Telkom service is pathetic
