There has been *****ulent deductions going off my account and there seems to be no help from the staff or any direction that I can take. It’s been happening a few months after I look back as I has not authorised nor am I aware what these amounts are for… it’s like no one cares, as long as you pay your monthly account fee, for what service that I don’t receive when I have issues ???
It hadn't been my first time at Southlake but it was my first time dealing with an old ****** Dr. She did not let me finish speaking & said that theres nothing she can do and forced me to leave. I guess it's just a business for some people who are reduced to dealing with people of colour.
I was being debited off my account for months for a rain premium that was never signed up for... It's just sad, I was told that someone would get in contact with me after 10 days it's been a month... REF:2021-1505030 I've lodged a claim and there has been nothing... it's beyond frustrating because I've been losing money, they told me to cancel cancel card and it will stop, biggest joke they still tried to take money off my account... I've been with FNB for almost 10 years and you guys should just let me kmow if your fraud department can actually do anything besides give me a claim ref? I just want feedback on weather I should be changing my bank if this is not resolved. By the way every time I've used web chat, I just wasted my time. That entire department should be closed as it is of now use, I had to still call and get pushed from pillar to post but there is an extremely rude male that needs to be fired from the phone app department, very condescending and displayed zero listening skills. I hope his manager gets the feedback and deals with him according, I actually never had issues before but now it's seems their customer service is non exisistent unless I go to a branch. Please be honest if there is anything that can be done ? So I know if I need to start looking for another bank with atleast better customer service.
