Vodacom signed Us for the Fibre Connection and made a promise that with connections Issues they will send their Own technical Team,now there has been LOss Of Signal and I have registered a fault with them,IT is Now more than 72hrs and I am given lame stories that they have discontinued their Service With Vuma-Reach and Inmust wait for the Technician to Contact Me from VUMA
The relationship that Vodacom has with VUMATEL is that,which we land them later in a destructive Client loss...How Are they managing /Measuring their Service Level Agreement is an issue...major complaints with regards to Fibre deal is souring due to VUMATEL... Vodacom's access to to Communication is 100%,VUMATEL-ZERO
It is now x8 Days since we have been promised allocation of a Technician to Install Fibre Line in Our Household. Vodacom Claims the line is Active and they have themselves said before connection they will send a Technician BUT, The same Claims Connection is Active without sending a Technician... They have Debited our Account and not connected our Household...
They are continuing to sabotage every attempt we make to have Fibre Connection, Now We have taken a New Service Provider-Vodacom,And Line is Supposed to be connected by Tem VUMATEL (They are refusing to Reconnect-Claiming that there is no Technician Available and this is deliberate because They-Vumatel are not the Primary Service Provider.
They Have ****med Us by Taking Our Prepaid Premium and NEVER CONNECTED THE LINE,lying by saying SERVICES IN OUR AREA IS SUSPENDED... And their Call Center only works when they remind Customers about Payment, They don't have any contact Number
I have app**** for a new Fibre line from Vodacom and on (approval),I was sent a link to activate the account,and a Debit Order amount of R399 deducted it has been a week and no connection, ON Application I was told a Technician will come and connect the Fibre cable,to Our Surprise when I called,Cindy is claiming that the line is activate, THEY (VODACOM)never sent a TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL THE LINE,but The Line is Active,I need to pay to get VIDACOM LINE Connected...
They are in a ****ming mission with Vumatel, They Took a prepaid payment for Nov 23 and never connected the Fibre and they are refusing us to terminate their service and We now cannot take any service provider because service providers cannot connect if there's an existing Provider already.... Anyway CGSO is going to deal with them...even if I will.have to go to Court to terminate their service,I will and I will prevail,mark My Words...
The Worst Business ever in the history of Western Cape,The now blocked Is from Using Vodacom,Buy not canceling Our Account with them so that We can use another service Providers due to them owning the Finre Cables in the Area...and took Our Money and not connected as a Prepaid Account...
They are a Biggest ****mers... They have connected Our Account With Neighbour's and Our connection is constantly ON and OFF and The days we are without Innternet are NOT refunded ,It has been x4 Already and the Technician will always come after 5-7days...
I am still waiting on a Resultant Damaged to be fixed for x3-Weeks. I have spoken to All the Manager Nina,Sebastian,Zureena,and x5 4-Sure Consultants-Tintswalo,Njabulo,Athabile,Aphiwe,Katlego I wonder Whi is going to be the next on the phone when I call...
