Good evening My name is Raymond, I bought a Red Mini Cooper S from M&S Motorlink ( Moeseedat@msmotorlink.co.za) ( moe@msmotorlink.co.za) on the 25th of June and it was delivered to me on the 26 of June late at night. On the 27th afternoon when came back from work I took a car for radio installation, as I was driving the car gave me warning lights and I reported it to Steve and Nhlanhla (Car Salesman). The feedback I got was they will go away, it might be the fuses mybe they need to be replaced or Sensors. Then on the 5th of June at around 8pm or 9pm if not mistaken on my way to Limpopo from Mpumalanga, Just around Mathoks on the N1 the car started smoking heavily in the front. Only to find out that there is oil leaking, I called Mahomed from the dealership on his cell number which is 0720778683 to ask for help because I didn't have any number for insurance or roadside assistance. Of which he gave me the number and the policy number, The road assistance only manage to arrive early hours of the morning. Meaning I spent almost the whole night on the side of the road. The worst part was that I had to make a plan for me, my mom and the kids on how we get home Coz no one was willing to help on that one. On Saturday the 6th, I called the same number that Mahomed gave me to find out about the courtesy car. The guys said they only help with road assistance as for the courtesy car i should call Carget (Car Finance Bank). They gave me a landline number that just rang with no answer, i then decided to call Mahomed asking for assistance if he can help with an alternative number soh that I can get a car for my return trip on Sunday. I don't even wana think of that Phone call as the experience was so bad, he was so rude to me in a way that he ended up hanging a phone on me. I decided to make a plan and see how I get back to Mpumalanga on Sunday, Then on Monday I contacted Nhlanhla to find out what's the way forward when the situation is like this, he said he will talk to his supervisor and they will contact me. I never received any call from them, up untill I got a call from Steve asking the whereabouts of the car. Mind you since the incident happened I'm the one calling, sending WhatsApp massages but no one was helping. Mahomed even read my WhatsApp and never said a thing. Being feed up with all this I decided that I can't work with people who don't care about there clients, then I decided to send emails and WhatsApp (+27 64 760 3949) to Carget (info@carget.co.za) requesting for termination of agreement, even now as I'm sending this email no one has bothered to call me and updated me on what's happening. I only had a car for 9 if not 10 days Coz the car was only delivered to me on the 26 late at night. Hopefully the bank and the dealership are not expecting me to pay for something I don't have and with the trauma they have put me through!!!.... Guys when you hear the name M&S Motorlink and Carget, Run for your life. They don't about the clients Regards Raymond
