UberEats order - Yamada Roof - misssing avocado - and improper packaging (food arrived in one big container so it moved around etc) ... this has happened twice. The manager wouldn't even apologize the first time and said customers have to specifically ask for the avo - I asked the second time around as well as asked for proper packaging and both requests were ignored. This is specific to Birnham - the other Yamada in Rivonia is perfect.
FNB RANDOMLY LOWERED MY INTERNATIONAL POS AND ATM LIMITS TO R5000 - ITS 'BANKERS' DONT KNOW WHY AND KEEP SAYING THATS THE LIMIT MEANWHILE IT HASNT BEEN THIS WAY ALL YEAR. THE EPITOME OF FRUSTRATION!
This is a complete joke. FNB has blocked my access to international transactions. This has also happened with multiple friends of mine one who is ACTUALLY TRAVELLING and basically can't use her account for anything. This affects things like Airbnb, paypal etc. and not to mention it is with no reason or justification. I recently had my limit /block lifted and it was blocked again within 24 hours. I'm no genius but please, whatever automation system you are implementing in that back office - maybe send it back to IT to fix before making it go live. Whats worse is the call center has to "send a request" for the block to be removed each time... you cannot expect us to call you after each transaction to remove a limit. Please go back to the way things were - this is horrible and extremely inconvenient to your clients. I have already requested the limit be removed so please don't bother contacting me - just fix your problem. Thanks.
