I had the worst experience dealing with Telkom customer service and billing department, Zinhle from the billing department has not responded to my emails sent more than a month a go to view my bank statements after requesting it. My account has been debited twice as negligence from Telkoms billing department was ***********. Till to date no one came forth as to why my account has been debited twice with no indication of returning the money.
Worst customer service experience with management, customer care and area manager with no help. Management and Frontline speaking in there language making fun of the situation. Nizipho Mcengwa who is the manager thinks it's a joke. Please don't take anyone from the street and make them managers.
