Doesn't care about staff
Poor quality products, some unfriendly and uneducated staff, but I can't really blame the staff when management doesn't seem to care about them. Rather support someone off facebook.

Eastgate Typo
The Typo in Eastgate is excellent. The staff are always friendly and jovial. While some of the items may be a bit expensive, I'm always willing to go back and spend my money there time and time again.

Don't use this pet store - rather use anyone else.
The business is unprofessional. The owner (though seldom there) and senior staff are rude and arrogant and seem like they are in a rush to get you out of the store. They are always ready for a fight at even the slightest complaint or questioning.
