I purchased a pair of spins nitro shoes on 24/04/03 online. Within a short period of normal use, the shoes developed a clear manufacturing defect (material tearing),This was not due to wear and misuse as I had only wore it twice. The defect appeared unusually quickly and is clearly a quality issue. I contacted Puma in July 2024 and followed up multiple times. It has now been over a year and I have still not received any meaningful response or resolution. I really expected a better customer service from Puma as well-known global brand.
I bought myself a spina nitro at Puma in April, I hardly wear them and after a second wash in August it was torn. I dm’d & sent Puma an email regarding the matter with an attachment of the receipt and the shoe. I have since been waiting for their team to contact me. The shoe cost 2500, Puma manufactured a defect and now do not want to take accountability.

I bought a weave last year on October and only wore it for 2weeks then it started tangling, I couldn't even let it loose. When I told them, they said im not maintaining it right. I then asked my friend to wash it for me and it turned to be something like a steelwool.they said I must send it back to them so they can give a new one.now when I asked for my weave back they started throwing tantrums and told me even if i can share that with Facebook, they will block me and I will never succeed with shaming them. This happened on February until now still no weave.
