I have just received a pre termination notice from Ekurhuleni Boksburg. My account has been up to date last month until today when I received the pre termination notice. I called the municipality on this number 011 999 5102. I was then told that I have a stuck meter. I asked them how is it that my problem, and they asked what I did to the meter then I remembered that after paying my last month bill, Ekurhuleni guys shoved prepaid metres down our throats! I suppose the reason why the metre is stuck is because of the prepaid metre! I am really displeased with this! Ekurhuleni Boksburg must know
On the 30/10/24 I rented a car from Sani car rentals at OR Tambo. I was told to pay R3800 from my credit card in addition to the rental fee. The R3800 was said to be insurance just in case something happens to the car and they told me that the money will be returned to my account if all is good. I returned the car and it was inspected and no fault was found. The only thing that I did not do was to fill up the tank but they took the money from my credit card which I did not have a problem with. The problem I am having now is that the R3800 has not been returned to my credit card!
I have a property that I own in Daveyton Ekurhuleni. When I was married the property was in both my ex husband and myself. After the divorce every debt owed was settled and the property was then in my name. Nine years after the divorce Ekurhuleni threatens litigation claiming that there's money that needs to be paid and the account that they are referring to is the old one which was both in myself and ex husband's name. I am deeply aggrieved by this because my account is up to date and during transfer of the joint property to my name everything that needed to be paid was paid. It seems to me that the municipality doesn't know what it's doing, how can one property have 2 accounts?
I am deeply disturbed by how SARS treats me as a tax payer. I have been having a problem for 2 years, I have not submitted my returns twice! And I did call them but as most people will attest the waiting time is extremely long and you lose money while holding for them. I the decided to go to the SARS Lakeside mall branch and I was given a number to SMS and they said that they will call me and they never did. I sent an SMS again but they still didn't call me back. I decided to go to SARS again last year, the gentleman took my documents and said that he is going to upload them and they will call me. While that was happening I had 2 garneshee orders from salary from SARS! One is still ongoing it's going to end in April. Surprise surprise I have now received a final demand from them saying that I owe them R10 000! So I am really ****ed by this incompetence!
I am writing a second review about Telkom.I experiencing hell with Hellkom/Telkom. My contract with them has expired they have suspended my account and are still billing me for data that I am not receiving. When I called them about this issue they said Telkom is still supplying the data as per normal even when the account is suspended. When I asked them about who receives the data when the account is suspended and the contract has ended they could not come up with a clear answer. I feel that Telkom is an unscrupulous business from hell
My Telkom contract expired over a year ago and I had declined to renew it again as I needed uncapped fibre internet,Telkom could not offer me that service because they were not covering my area. I called Telkom several times about my wish to terminate the service but I was told to do the cancellation on their website but that process is extremely worthless. I found it very difficult to cancel my expired contract now I don't know what to do as Telkom is still continuing to make debits on my account and I now with MWEB and find myself having to pay for 2 internet services one which is absolutely worthless and unnecessary
I am disturbed by the fact that Absa is failing to protect the accounts of the customers. I have already reported unlawful debits from my account 3 times! But still the unlawful debits are still continuing. I now feel that Absa should not be trusted with the money! Seriously annoyed!
